WHERE IS HE THIS MONTH?

Yep, once again off the continent and looking for a way back home. Sometimes it's not easy getting lost; but I'll give it a damn good try anyway.

SOUTH KOREA DMZ ZONE

April, 25, 2011 back in Seoul Korea.  We got the chance to go inside the DMZ ZONE and actually went into one of the 3 tunnels that the North Koreans had dug.

This is a picture of the last train that got out of North Korea during the war.  Yes, those are bullet holes.

They actually sell North Korean beer.  It's actually quite good.

I took this picture from inside the DMZ ZONE.  Yes, that is North Korea...

Another picture of North Korea:

I shot some footage of North Korea.  It was kind of windy that day.

just a quick video inside Seoul airport.

some pictures from top of the needle in Seoul..

BEIJING CHINA MARCH 2011

BACK IN BEIJING:
Here are a few pictures of the Marriott Beijing West Hotel:   Nice room and only around $200 dollars per night.

ACTUALLY IT WAS A SUITE: so I guess $200 per night is a great rate: OR $1300 RMB PER NIGHT

I didn't leave much in the mini bar!!

Bathroom: shower and a large tub:

Last picture of the bedroom: yeah this is getting boring!

I was fortunate enough to only pay $2,400 for a flight on Delta (767 out of Seattle on March 21st) Coming back (since the plane was completely booked, I got my buddy who sat right next to me for the 11+ hours:

he did seem to settle down right before we took off, but then he just couldn't seem to find that comfortable position sitting on Granny's lap for 11 hours...

Delta was kind enough to give me two extra bags of peanuts for all my troubles.  I thought that was more than fair for 11 hours of waterboarding torture.
